My name is Alicia Teng! I currently making this portfolio site for my first exercise in Application Design II but also to brush up on my HTML and CSS because it's been a while since I last did it. While I know that the instructions were to focus more on structure than appearances, I wanted to make the most of this exercise and try to do both. There may be some errors here and there but I'm doing my best to have fun. I hope you have a great time looking around!

I wanted to base this webpage design around a dark Renaissance inspired aesthetic because I've been quite interested in the art pieces in that time period recently. Whether it be sculptures or paintings, I feel that there is something very inherently fascinating about studying them.
